Do Not Drink … Gamble!
If you enjoy a drink occasionally, keep your money at home if you are going to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Empty your purse, your money belt, and keep all money, plastic credit and cheques at home. Grab only the money you anticipate to spend on drinks, tipping and few dollars you expect to burn and leave the remainder behind.
Pessimistic? Not by any means. Just realistic. You may well have a win following a drunken evening out with your acquaintances and be lucky enough to hook a long roll at a hot craps table. Keep that story considering that it is as short-lived as it gets if you continuously drink and bet. The pair simply do not mix.
Leaving your moolah back at the hotel might be a tiny bit excessive, but defensive measures for drastic behavior is necessary. If you gamble to win, then don’t consume alcohol and gamble. If you like to throw away your assets without a worry, then consume all the complimentary booze you are able to handle, but do not pack credit cards and cheques to throw into the mix of following losses after your drunken head loses every little thing!
Allow me to carry this one step more. Don’t drink alcohol and then hop on to the internet to wager in your preferred internet casino either. I enjoy a beer from the coziness of my apartment, however due to the fact that I’m hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and have plastic credit at my fingertips, I can’t consume alcohol and gamble.
What’s the reason? Even though I don’t consume alcohol a lot, once I drink, it is clearly enough to blur my better judgment. I gamble, so I don’t drink alcohol when gambling. If you are more of a drinker, do not bet at the same time. Both make for an awful, and crazy, cocktail.
